"Jessica is a great instructor. What strikes me most is that for every new person who attends, she immediately notices and goes over to talk with them before class about what level they are at and if they have any problems she should know about. The students are at a wide variety of levels in this class, yet it is not counterproductive. I have trouble with my upper body being really tight. She immediately noticed this and ever since I feel like she is really trying to help me with it. She will come over to me and point out where I need to focus to 'soften' that area. She has even given me little massages to coax my body into feeling how the pose should be. This attention encourages me to do my best for myself and for my body!
